Also we play host to our very own short film competition in the spring with the One Minute Film Festival. Not to mention our ongoing partnership with the Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce and their Bucks Fever FilmFest screening every fall. One Minute Film Festival The One Minute Film Festival is a short film competition that asks local filmmakers in the Bucks County and Greater Philadelphia Areas to create a film no longer than (1) minute in length. Filmmakers will be given 2 months to create their films based off of predetermined elements by the festival organizers. All submitted films will then be screened at The County Theater and be followed by an awards ceremony and Q&A afterwards. For more information on how to get involved follow the LINK HERE.

First Take Shorts Series Every spring the County Theater presents a night of short films with the First Take Shorts Series. On this night, local filmmakers in the Greater Philadelphia Area get the opportunity to showcase their short films on the big screen. Bucks Fever FilmFest The Bucks Fever FilmFest is a night of award winning short films, showcasing the best local filmmakers in the Bucks County area. From narrative to animation, student to emerging, the Bucks Fever FilmFest is a platform for local filmmakers to let their voices be heard. In association with the Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce. The County Theater plays host to a VIP reception followed by the screening of the films where awards are announced in front of a packed house. For more information visit bucksfeverfilmfest.org.
