The Princess Bride

1987 1 hr 38 min

PG

A kindly grandfather reads to his grandson, who is sick in bed, weaving a story about a farm boy who falls in love with a princess who he must rescue from a nefarious prince. Encountering numerous obstacles along the way, this delightful postmodern fairy tale has everything from giants to swashbuckling pirates. THE PRINCESS BRIDE is an enchanting fantasy comedy that you shouldn’t miss on the big screen in front of the castle-like Mercer Museum! Starring Cary Elwes and Robin Wright, with a fantastic supporting cast.
