Personal Identification and Contact Information
The mailing list and membership registration process for the County Theater requires you to provide personal information, such as your name and contact information. This information may be used by employees of our organization to contact you via telephone, mail or e-mail. From time to time the Theater may share its mailing list with another local arts organization for the purpose of promoting an event by that organization in partnership with the Theater or that we feel would be of interest or benefit to our members. If you choose to make an on-line donation or purchase from the County Theater, you will be asked for account or credit card billing information, including the name on the donor's card, billing address and expiration date. Your communication is authenticated using SSL certificates. The account and credit card information that you provide at the time of purchase - donation is stored only for the duration of the transaction, typically a few minutes. Once the transaction is processed, the information is overwritten in order to ensure that it will be inaccessible. You will only receive an email if you agree during registration or directly from our email sign-up to receive these items. Membership, Gift cards and receipt of donations are shipped via US Postal First Class upon receipt of sales order.All sales are final.
